uniacidz
This is bugging me. Happens more and more. Like happens maybe when someone posting in same topic at same time? Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information. The error returned was: Authorization mismatch - please go back and try again. If you have been trying to access a function incorrectly, please use the proper method. Like press a button is done incorrectly? LOL
Joel
Stand on your head while clicking. :p I've seen this if someone is posting while a thread is being moved, and more rarely when someone posts at the same time.

Tim Dorr Veteran Posted April 13, 2004 Veteran Share Posted April 13, 2004 That error is caused by a temporary auth key coming out of sync between you and the server. When you're posting on the site, you are given a temporary authorization key for that specific posting form only. This is so people cannot execute cross-site scripting vulnerabilities and cause the form to post something you don't want or change your password to something you don't want or generally cause havok on your day-to-day neowin.net activities. What may be causing the error is if you go to a page, then go to another page (thereby generating a new autorization key), then go back to the first page to post, you will have a mis-matched autorization key from the old page on your side and the new page on the server's. A simple refresh and reattempt should fix the problem, though.
