HellBender
Is this snippet of info at the bottom of every page new? I never noticed it before. What is the Server Load in? Percentages? At what point do you guys return the mesage that it's too busy? Cause I received messages when it was at 26-28 and I received no messages at 30-32. Banjo
Heres a bunch of stuff on it: http://www.luv.asn.au/overheads/NJG_LUV_2002/luvSlides.html Redmak says it was turned to help more people monitor the loads. https://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?show...0entry1972529 I'm not sure when the busy message appears, you might want to PM an admin to find out. john smith 1924 Veteran Posted April 15, 2004 Veteran Share Posted April 15, 2004 i think the threshold is ~20/25, and above that we stop serving pages and display a error msg; doing so reduces server load making it possible to run the site effectivly again.
