I have never used CrossOver Office, so I am not sure if they have a preferred method...

I would try to locate the .exe file. You can use locate .exe to look for the ".exe" extension that Windows requires on executeables. That may show you where it got installed (maybe). If you can find it, try executing it the 'Linux Way' by invoking it from the shell by name. If it works, you can create your own menu item for it (kmenuedit) whereever you want it.

it will be somewhere in /home/username/.cxoffice/dotwine/fake_windows/ . just look around. then start it with /opt/cxoffice/bin/wine /home/username/.cxoffice/dotwine/fake_windows/blablabla
