#Michael
In my sig...I have my main pic...that has my UN in it. I use that same pic (which I have hotsed) in multiple forums and on every other one the pic is crisp and clean and sharp. But on Neowin....the picture looks fuzzy and the text looks out of focus. Any ideas why? For comparison I have included a screen shoot from neowin: Neowin signature:
Joel
How can we compare the Neowin effect with the screenshot of the Neowin effect? Give us a screenie from another forum.

#Michael
Solution: Stop drinking while posting on Neowin. You'll find the entire site is much clearer. That's great advice...I should try it sometime. @/| wing |\...it does look great on my lcd at 1280x1024. But when I view it on an CRT at 1024x768 or even 800x600 screens the sig looks fuzzy. Is there any effects or masks I can do with photoshop (v7) to clear up the image?

SMeK Veteran Posted April 29, 2004 Veteran Share Posted April 29, 2004 its crisp the only thing i can think of is that the neowin board might be resizing the image, but idont think it has that option

Banzai
looks fine to me, try having your sig removed from the people hosting it, has any one got a copy of my sig they could send me?
#Michael
 It is perfectly clear. We have no idea what you are talking about......perhaps your monitor is going out. See though on my new LCD it looks great I might try using a higher image quality in phtoshop then re upload to my hosting server and see if that helps. #Michael
your image uses "cleartype" font effect. it look best on lcd but not as good on CRT... I see what you mean by that...on my LCD I do have cleartype enabled. So, how can I turn off the effect so it looks great on regular crt moniotrs?
