Daem0hn Posted April 29, 2004 Share Posted April 29, 2004 using gentoo, some weird stuff is happening in my network to do with teh Win32.Gaobot virus, linux isnt an affected system, however, yeh, strange stuff is happening, like, none of my windows computers are infected, but yet there is still port access on teh affected ports, and different variants of teh virus are being written to my samba directory /shared :s it doesnt affect linux, but the why are the conncetions coming from my computer :blink: anyway, what are some good virus scanners for linux that you recommend, are they in the gentoo portage???
