mtgriffith Posted March 2, 2002 Share Posted March 2, 2002 Sometimes when I click on a hyperlink in an e-mail or on a webpage Outlook Express or Internet Explorer will lock up. I can end the program with task manager but for my computer to work right I have to restart it. I am running Windows XP Professional with all of the updates from Microsoft. I began having trouble about a month ago. I decided to format and reinstall but the problem has come back. I am thinking that it is one of Microsoft's updates causing the problem but I'm not sure.
