DirtyLarry Veteran Posted May 17, 2004 Veteran Share Posted May 17, 2004 i am assuming this question can only be answered by a Mod but lets see... I just submitted my first News ever, and I messed up by using the Http, instead of the Download code. I think it is perhaps worthy of news, so my simple question is... If i resubmit it again with that one aspect fixed, will it then be considered spam and automatically get rejected? Do you basically have only one shot to get it right? just curious as all... RadishTM Veteran Posted May 17, 2004 Veteran Share Posted May 17, 2004 The news staff will check the article over for any errors/improvements before posting it on the front page. So no, you don't have to post it again :) Radish?

Cool Thanks Radish!! I just wanted to submit an article error free, because I am sure it is a pain in the butt to look for mistakes. Using Safari does not help either since unfortunately the HTML code does not get placed in where the cursor is. I actually did it again just so I could preview it right (didn't submit it naturally) and now I see exactly what I did for future reference. Funny thing is I did actually read the "guide to posting News" as well. I think I was just a little overzealous thats a:D. :D Thanks for the quick respon(Y) (Y)
