wd40
You guys need to look into the ads that are displayed on the site. I've run into several ads that cover up the text and you can't read the text. You can expand the window and it helps a bit but the text is still partially covered by the ad. Example:

Wannes
those ads are made for a minimum of 1024*768 or maybe 800*600 will still fit in but not 648*480. :/

DsnBehind
It's not 640x480: that window is simply 723x546. :p You could always copy+paste the text into Notepad and read it. :D

Steffan
it seems to only happen IE browsers at least 6 with SP1. I dont have same problem with firefox. my resolution is 1024x768. it only happens when the browser window is not at full screen. so there's another IE problem. this sounds a good time to switch from IE to firefox. wd40
My screen is set for 1024x768 and if I max the IE window it's ok but if I make it any smaller, even by 1/2 an inch, the ad starts to cover the text.
Redmak Administrators Posted May 16, 2004 Administrators Share Posted May 16, 2004 DIV's overlap in IE (and safari) and not in other browers. I don't think they're supposed to overlap. I don't know how to fix it so it looks ok in all resolutions ... sorry :)
Wannes
the ads are set to be displayed at all times so when you make the window smaller the ad won't go small but all the rest will hence the reason of the ad overlapping. itsnotabigtruck
Why not make it so that the ads get crunched horizontally when the window is resized?
