so what does this player play then same as mediaplayer 9 ? if so i dont need it ;) since i have re ripped all my cd's to .m4a using ITunes im not sure if i want to install this one and will not use WMA anymore.

How are they copying? It looks nothing like Aqua and much more like Glass (LH).

It's pretty cool, I wasn't a fan of the default color, but I've since changed it something more soothing.

also, i noticed they added some neat playlist prefs, but you cant see them unless you drag the slider above the tracklist.

also... when are they going to add support for their kbps readout to do vbr?

Becuase it doesnt show VBR bitrates it's "lame", i would suggest reporting what you see wrong with it all together.

Everything is like Aqua isn't it. :rolleyes: You know Apple didn't invent that look, they simply used it for their theme. And no, Longhorn and glass look nothing like OSX.

from what i heard anyways... this was supposed to be badass. its far from that.... which is why it could be considered lame.

No it's not that, it's just not innovative and it certainly didn't knock my sox off when I installed it. Just more of the same bloatware from MS.

Just doesn't make me want to change from iTunes + Winamp.

I give WMP10 6/10 at this stage.

While we're on the topic, isn't WMP10 the big new shiny "thing" that is meant to +XP SP2, make Windows XP "Reloaded"? Pfft.

I am though quite dissapointed with the efforts that Microsoft has put into this product. I really thought they were going to do something special for their "Reloaded" 300 million dollar investment.
