NeoSigma
Hotmail Popper is the only thing I've heard of. Never tried it myself cause I use Outlook 2003.
[jon]
hotmail doesnt support POP3 or SMTP, it uses HTTP mail transfer, Outlook + Outlook Express both support Hotmail natively...
digitalslacker
yeah there is no pop3 for hotmail. I tried to setup this so i could use the Blackberry webclient to get my hotmail email. didn't work to well so i still have to use their webinterface which is much slower. Peter Aziz
The two programs I know are Hotmail Popper and Get Mail. They can let you work with hotmail as a pop3 account in outlook.
gaviaal
You're stuck with one of the Outlook programs or the Hotmail popper. What you can also do is switch to Fastmail.fm another webbased mailprovider, that allows IMAP for retrieval and can retrieve your Hotmail automatically for you. (they even have 10MB for free). Try it!
Bearded Kirklander
I go into outlook express and when it asks for my email I give it the "username@hotmail.com" and it auto-sets everything I need for hotmail.
