they should send out a email to the member that have 0 posts and make them post :D

I'm not sure if the server could handle the load, lol.

Just a question. Does this number include all those people who have been banned before? Or does this number mean the actual number of people that actually post in these forums?

Come on, #46! You've been on Neowin for a while; you need to get posting to raise your "star power"! (a friend's term)

Unfortunately I find little time to post often , running my own business leaves little time .

But hey I am getting there , I may pass 300 post this year sometime hopefully

Neowin is a valuable source of information in one location. It has been fantastic to watch it grow .

I read all the time but post only a little... of course lots of post counts were nulled during the 2 server changes in the past years...

Post counts and dat has been lost over the last 3 years causing some members to even have -10 post counts and as KiwiNZ put it, we have a lot of members that have stuck around for the duration but not had the time to be as active as other members. This is the reason we don't prune accounts. I already know a few with less than 10 posts but have been here for 2 years (and still visit daily) some even registered to get the benefits of registered users on the forum (guests can't view some images and certain forums)

Way to go everyone, I love this place! :D
