I'm still using the older build :)

It's a modified Now Playing' config for samurize.

But some mp3's act that way with samurize and others not.

But both id3v1 and 2 are tagged correctly. :s

check the files tag in foobar2000's file info.. sometimes foobar can't read them, and you've to retag them in foobar.

Thanks spex04 for the help (Y)

Can you give us a step by step guide on how to place those bars in the bottom? I was told to use the layout in the Display > Column UI > Layout Tab but I have no idea how to use it. I love the way you set it up. It's so simple.

You're right ;)

Is there a fast way to tag them so that I dont have to add Title= blabla to every file?

Like maybe getting it from internet?

Does anybody have a full set of the Tango icons? The ones in this thread are missing the next and previous buttons, which I like to use.

i can re do a full set including a new play button if you want (even though my photoshop skills aren't top notch).

btw, which color would you like the play button to be ? any request for other buttons ?

mp3tag and tag&rename (t&r) works for me..

usually I removed all the tags with t&r and search it again..

The buttons are Silk icons found here.

thanks for the link, but somehow the pngs control_stop and control_repeat show up like this.

Has someone else noticed this?

edit: Dom, http://music.morbo.org/components.php

edit2: okay, problem solved; just re-save them

could someone help me on getting the play counter to work?

I've got foo_playcount.dll from http://foobar2000.org/components/index.html and put it in the components folder... what do I do now?

Thanks.

You will need to either add a couple of new columns with [%play_count%] and [%last_played%] in them (if you are using columnsui) or just add either one of those two into your tile formatting page (if you use the []'s then foobar will only show the value if somthing exists)

"complete" tango toolbar

OMG awesome, just what I was looking for. :woot:

Edit: Just read this post, could you make a version with a blue play button and green next/previous buttons? If not no big deal, great job on the buttons btw. :D

Im searching this for long time, but just now i remembered to post here

Does anyone have any equlizer presets, i need metal, rock, and maybe trance techno ;)

Is it maybe possible to save Winamp presets and load it in foobar's equlizer,

i think that format is diffrent

Foobar's equlizer uses presets with extension .feq

If you look at some presets, how they are set, then you can do them yourself, its not hard, if you can hear tones good.. if you have a musicians ear ;) because the EQ depends on what speakers you have, it sounds different on different speakers with the same EQ

could someone give me some clear instructions on how to use that? i've got foobar .9, and columnsui installed.. but after that..

1) Download and extract.

2) In foobar 0.9f, right click the button area, Customize.

3) Bottom left, Tools, Load from file, and choose the .fcs that you just extracted.

That's it.

I'll ask this again: does anyone know of any possible way to import an iTunes library onto Foobar? Anyone know of one?

Not that I know of. No one has written a plugin for that yet.

check out: http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index....topic=42730&hl= and the Foobar @ HA forums.

    • Anthropic launches Claude Fable 5, a state-of-the-art AI model that beats OpenAI's GPT-5.5 by Pradeep Viswanathan Back in April, Anthropic announced Claude Mythos Preview, a frontier model with state-of-the-art coding capabilities. Due to the cybersecurity implications that would occur due to the availability of such a powerful model, Anthropic made it available to only a select set of companies around the world. The company's plan was to prepare appropriate guardrails before releasing such a powerful model to everyone. Now, after nearly two months, Anthropic announced Claude Fable 5, its most capable AI model yet for general users. The company also announced Claude Mythos 5, the same underlying model as Fable 5, but with safeguards lifted, making it more suitable for selected cybersecurity and biology use cases. Claude Fable 5 sits a tier above its Opus models and it beats most other generally available models across areas including software engineering, knowledge work, vision, scientific research, and long-running autonomous tasks. To prevent model misuse, when Claude Fable 5 detects certain requests related to cybersecurity, biology, chemistry, or model distillation, the request will be routed to the Claude Opus 4.8 model. Anthropic claims that these safeguards trigger in less than 5% of sessions on average. However, for large organizations working on critical software, Claude Mythos 5 can be availed through Project Glasswing. Later, Anthropic has plans to expand access through a broader trusted access program. As you can notice in the benchmarks above, Fable 5 and Mythos 5 are state-of-the-art on most key AI benchmarks and they are well ahead of OpenAI's frontier model, GPT-5.5. For example, Fable 5 is the new state-of-the-art model for vision tasks. Also, Mythos 5 has the strongest cybersecurity capabilities of any model in the world. Claude Fable 5 and Claude Mythos 5 are priced at $10 per million input tokens and $50 per million output tokens, which is less than half the price of Claude Mythos Preview. Another big change is that Anthropic is making a change to the way they handle business customer data for both Fable 5 and Mythos 5 models. The company will now require 30-day retention for all traffic on both first- and third-party surfaces. Anthropic promises that it won't use the data to train Claude models, instead it will use it against complex and novel attacks. Claude Fable 5 is available today on the Claude API and consumption-based Enterprise plans. It is also included at no extra cost for Pro, Max, Team, and seat-based Enterprise customers from today through June 22. After that, users on those plans will need usage credits to continue using Fable 5, unless Anthropic extends the included access window based on capacity. Developers can access Fable 5 through the Claude API using the claude-fable-5 model name.
