EDIT: I see the required components on DA page now...so I'm assuming it's a Panels UI bug. (0.13.x) Can anyone confirm that and maybe point me to some older versions? :blink:

little help? When I loaded up this config everything was perfect...then I deleted some components and upgraded my panels UI and now the album art display in the playlist has gone. :( Did I delete something I need?( I can't remember what I deleted. ) or is it a panels UI bug?

Anyone know if theres a component required here so I can get it back? :blush:

it's because the code for albumart looks for a "folder.jpg" in the folder of the currently playing music

edit--

er on second thoughts, check your sort/grouping on the playlist (right click > sort/group by)

My window name is displaying "PanelsUI".

I want to change it to display song name and artist or something, how can I do it ?

Put this into your config

$if(%_isplaying%,$settitle([%artist% - ]%title%[ - %album%][ - %date%])$settray([%artist% - ]%title%),$settitle(Foobar2000)$settray(Foobar2000))

That will show artist title etc when playing, and foobar2000 when not playing.

awesome... the only thing i dont like is that for some reason most of my albums are listed as Single Tracks in the Group field.. where it should show album title. My albums are all correctly tagged as i have no problems with ANY other config... also i think it should show Artist in the group section as well, it would be a bit easier to locate an album.

You need to tag %totaltracks%. The amount of tracks the album have.

lassekongo83 what do i change to make my covers show up i have to many covers labeled cover & dont feel like renaming them all to folder.jpg what do i replace in the config to allow my covers to show all my covers is named cover

hey, im coming back to foobar (used it when it came out) and i was wondering if there's a good theme for seamless integration with vista? I just don't feel like going through the 488 pages in this thread

There certainly is. It's called 2Glassy by MrFuji. It's a sweet config for Panels UI. Also, I find that the "basic" config that comes stock with the latest panels ui component is pretty nice for vista as well. -jmp

I added a lyric panel but I replaced the library filter panel with it instead of adding it extra - to save making new buttons and stuff.

It's easy enough:

Right click a button => settings => scroll down to General Settings and on the panel I just replaced the old setting with: $panel(Panels,Lyric Show,243,39,604,445,)

So the 3rd button is now "show lyrics"

Sorry for being such noob... but where shud i put the code.. I put in in PanelUI>User Global.. don't think its the correct one. Where should i put it then??

You need to put it under a // PerTrack redraw type section.

Is there any way to indent the lines in LibraryFilter? You know, when you expand a group,

and the items it contains are showing slightly moved to the right?

Yeah, I've seen that it's possible. I think you need to add some values in Preferences > PanelsUI > Library Filter - Album, Artist etc...

But I haven't figured out what you can add there. $alignabs and $padding doesn't work. :/

See post(s) above, I'd say.

If I got it right, the grouping relies on the %totaltracks% tag.

      Same for me. I find Adguard in general just OK. Ublock Orgin Lite works and works well. I use it on Chrome, Edge, and Safari on MacOS and iPadOS/iOS.

      I do not use the AdGuard extension. I have uninstalled both the uBlock and Stylus extensions, as well as the Tampermonkey extension, since I began using AdGuard for Windows 7 months ago. It does not use any extension APIs, it modifies traffic system wide using a local proxy. AdGuard performs all the functions of uBlock, as well as additional features such as HTTPS filtering, cosmetic (user scripts and user styles), as well as DNS. It works with any browser and application. I don't understand why you consider the desktop program to be useless...

      Plenty of nations have risen from the ashes of war and today they have high standards of living.
