Great work, although I have some trouble with it.

My albums do not get divided in the playlist, neither does it show album art (in the playlist. It shows the big album art)!

Check out my picture to see what I mean:

I am sure I've downloaded every component needed, and they are all up to date. I right-clicked on the playlist to check out the settings, and saw in the code for Group Display that no sign of album art were there. Is that the reason why it doesn't work?

Have you sorted your playlist in panelsui?

Rightclick > Sort / Group by...

UGHS.

Of course I forgot that. Thank you very much, it looks even better now :p

Although almost no of the covers actually shows. Do the files need a special tag for showing it?

I know I changed the code to look for cover.jpg instead of folder.jpg, since all my covers are called cover.jpg. Other than that, it should work. It works in the big Album-show view, and with other skins.

Och keep it up, dina grejer vinner :)

Hey guys. I'm using FofR 0.9 from Fooblog and I can't figure out how artist art works.

Right now my music is organized in the following format:

Windows Profile Name > Name Folder > Music > Genre > Artist > Albums > Specific Album > Songs

I figured out that you can place album art in each album folder. However, where do I place artist art? I tried in the artist folder and that didn't work. Thanks for the help!

hi :)

i tried installing the skin called Liquorice by The Professor and everything is fine apart from that i have the transparent windows frame around foobar (i dont know what its called XD). it used to be like the preview until i installed some components and then the window frame has been round it since. any ideas how i can get it back to like it should be?

I think its because your using a different version of PanelsUI. The one I included has a checkbox for Hide Titlebar

Either use the version of PanelsUI that I included or try this liquorice.rar - 0.11MB it should work with newer versions of PanelsUI

Do any of these fancier Panel UI themes support displaying random playlists without album headers? Because I'd like to use a fancier theme but don't have anything remotely looking like complete albums.

You can just choose to not sort the playlist and it'll display it normally. That's what I do.

Re: FooAva 1.04

Great as always dawxxx666 :]

I'd like to add a couple of tweaks for myself:

1. album rating as well as track rating (possibly on the left above the album cover and in between the album name and track count in the item display?) 2. I preferred the 1.03 progress bar and volume - how do I convert them back to that?

Any help would be appreciated.

FOOAvA 1.04

Everything you need is on my website, I'm writing instruction which will soon appear on this forum.

dawxxx666, thank you so much, I hated foobar until I found your themes since they were so easy to setup and look amazing!

My one problem with the 1.04 release is that the fact that it installs itself as a seperate program on the start bar, etc. Could you make it so it works like the last releases?

Other than that, it is amazing, looks great and I love the new menu that makes it so easy to do things such as remove the rating stars etc.

iFoo 1.2.0 just released (coverflow panel added)

    • Chrome is Google's commercial web browser product; it consists of their proprietary features (Googlified everything including profile sync) plus their chromium project barebones web browser. Google developers control the chromium project. The chromium project is the "core" for the web browser product from other vendors including Microsoft Edge (their own proprietary features), Opera (their own features), Brave (their own features), etc... The "downstream" teams at Microsoft, Opera, Brave, etc., can either integrate their original MV2-supporting code into future builds, or they can integrate chromium wholesale and simply add-on their own features/functionalities -- their 'current' build pipeline, so to speak. THIS is why changes at the chromium project affect so many products besides only Google's commercial Chrome browser. -- Edit to add: The chromium project is open-source, and is the piece that's Google's code contribution to the W3C and world wide web at large; there are no licensing fees for others to use the code in their own products... which is what they do. Other browser engines do exist (Firefox's for example) but it's nearly impossible to have both engines bundled into the same 1 browser product.
    • You're comparing settler colonies to colonized war torn nations. It's easy to become the richest by coming in and stealing other people's land, culture and resources.
    • ABP has become "old news" when MV3 started rolling out. They've gone downhill and is now simply irrelevant..... in my experience.
    • About two years ago, I switched to Brave and haven't looked back.
    • FWIW StatCounter has been trash for over 25+ years! Back in the day (circa 2000 and GeoCities pre-Blogger era), it was useful to paste a number on your webpage indicating how many visitors you had. In the ensuing 25+ years, they've grown in reputation and changed their ways... but their overall consumer value has remained abysmal. Serious marketing agencies only cite StatCounter when there's literally no other sources available to support any marketing claims! They are the absolute lowest threshold serious companies use to push any sort of narrative about this-or-that happening. Besides their credibility being what it is, they are forever subject to quality issues. They're so bad that my DNS-level ad-filter prevents me from even viewing their main website! HA!
