For a school project, I needed to know how lawyers use math, so I just found their website and e-mailed them. Got a reply the next day. Or you can just call a place.

Google Reverse Age Discrimination

Does not look good

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=mozc...+Discrimination

/Edit: The Supreme Court ruled against the people in the first linked story

What exactly do you mean it doesnt look good? Like cases dont hold up in court if your younger? ...

I dont feel like taking this to court i just want legal info so i know what i am dealing with ;O

I meant that it has not been supprted in law, the reverse age discrimination.

but look I just gave you the right term to search.

Actualy read a few of those links I gave you in Google

and in some of them you'll see links to more info

like this: http://www.elinfonet.com/fedarticles/2/20

then find the actual laws cited yourself and your own State statutes if there are any.
