Inertia
ok, if you believe so, my defence if it was illegal would be that i simply used a service ,and if it is illegal then the service shouldnt have been advertised for me to use

Shad0wcat
Looks like I got out just in time :D Balance went down then to 100.. I saw the new post and stopped. Lost nothing.. and I may be able to claim the 30 pounds!
hobsgrg
Just noticed something new on the TOCs at http://www.ladbrokescasino.com/subnavpages...promotionId=216It looks like time has run out! Doubt anyone else will get their ?100 now. I did this and submitted my claim before they updated their TOC's so I don't know if i'll get it or not, they are obviously now aware that people are doing this so I doubt I'll get my extra ?100. Of course you could still do this just use ?10 bets instead of ?1 bets and play 40 hands but the odds of coming out with nothing are far far higher. pctuk
They will use the "we can withdraw this offer whenever we like" clause so no chance of getting the ?100 now. It just leaves us wondering whether the other people will be asked to return the ?100...
cyberfrem
At what time did the amended TOCs get posted?
forster
I doubt that they will be asked to return it, they could get a court injunction to remove the monies from their bank accounts but I cant see it happening. Anyone who has benefitted from this and cleared the funds should think themselves very lucky. Its like that cashcard machine lately - the ?10 drawer had been filled with 20's instead, so the machine basically got emptied overnight and the bank had no comeback at all. Theres nothing in the law that says you can't make lots of small bets on blackjack.

cyberfrem
Have the TOCs for the ?30 for existing customers changed also? If so, then I'm down ?19. If not, then I'm up ?11.

I wouldnt keep going up against nspeds, inertia, he/she? (no offence nspeds) seems to be a little smarter than you in this field. hobsgrg
Doesn't look it... I think the 50 - 50 is a good one to go for as well the ?50 offer doesn't have that ?10 per blackjack hand clause YET, frankly I wouldn't recommend trying it, if lots of people go for it on the ?50 offer they'll stop that as well. forster
I can imagine that it would be quite pricey too, nspeds, the process here in the UK seems to be hard to get into practising law on a public level. There arent many young Solicitors around here. Pays well though eventually ;) Would you prefer defence or prosecutor? (I apologise for being such a noob - law has always interested me, but very few opportunities to have fun if you ask me)
hobsgrg
Just noticed this "Only one promotion payable per deposit and per minimum required turnover amount." I don't think that was there before? (I apologise for being such a noob - law has always interested me, but very few opportunities to have fun if you ask me) Don't worry about the noob stuff. Even after you get accepted to law school, you still don't know what they are going to teach you (at least here in the States)! In reality, schools here just give you the "tools" while you learn to use them in law. I myself will "most probably" be in private practice. As a first year, any job that comes by out of the million of rejection letters that I recieve is a godsend. In terms of what law I'm planning to practice, it will most probably be civil/criminal. Also, it takes many, many years in a firm to become a litigator (they don't start you off right when you're hired), so the process is quite slow. Law school is also very pricey here in the States, luckily I have funding from the maf.. err, I mean, my parents (j/k). It is estimated that the average law student, however, will be over 100,000$ in dept after graduating and will spend the first decade of his/her career will be spent paying that dept off. cyberfrem
Um, guys.... I've just received my ?130!!! HOWEVER, it's not instantly withdrawable - no doubt, I have to play it to the terms and conditions and come away with whatever's left. (Which is what I planned to do anyway - I'm not a lawbreaker - I played knowing that I might lose)

I'm glad you enjoyed it, i found it a nightmare going through those 400 hands, not fun at all, until i ended up with more than ?25 profit at the end that is :)) Would of been very nice to get the extra ?100 profit but nevermind I was very lucky and made a profit just playing the hands.
