You guys in the U.S. have to be careful at this time of the year. Tornado Season is here for you guys.

I have been hearing reports on my local news bulletins about some places in the U.S. getting hit by mulitple tornadoes.

Yes it is. I've been hearing a lot about that too. Luckily I haven't encountered any near where I live, but they've come close enough for my own good. :ninja:

Tornado indeed. There's warnings in Ohio all the time. I've seen a tornado only once, years ago.

Here are a few photos of tornados from the last month here in Indiana. Every single one of them were less than 25 miles from where I live...

:o So you got lucky than. :ninja: Those were close encounters. :pinch:

They aren't always massively destructive, you know;);)

Some don't even last for more than five minutes. I've never been afraid of tornadoes, but I've been frightened at how intense one might become.

whoa kinda old thread.

well, 2 days after this thread started, about 4am saturday morning, everyone in the town, well not EVERYONE a huge amount of people, started to get flooded, most probably did not catch it awhile, well, my house only recieved 6" and across the street had alil more, and his neighbor actually had 36" but his pump was not pumping anything out and so many problems.

last year we got hit with 1 big storm with huge flood problem, we probably had about 2 feet, others more.

last year and this year are the only problems we have been having in so many years with floodings, we are actually contacting a lawyer to sue the city, not us, but the guy across the street has a friend, and asked us if we would do it and he is getting others too hopefully. which we do not have to pay up front, all costs would be determined after anything happen with it.

of course, we are probably talking years, and we are not 100% sure yet if it is going to happen yet, they talked yesterday, and 2 days ago from this post, the 15th, tons of people went to city hall, and so many people are just complaining, also new people that never have been flooded were there too. even new homes.

problem is the sewers, they are small, and it is not like you can put small sewers into a big one or vice versa cause of the presser on it all. so you have to just pump outside your house and what not. it really sucks.

way more to this rant.. story, which ever you wish to call it.

sorry for rambling about something no one cares about, lol. :)
