Verbose.
I'm having difficulties with Firefox 0.8 when it comes to remembering login information on the forum mainpage. I have it set up to remember information everytime but everytime I exit and open Firefox it will show me as being logged out. I'm logged in every else except the mainpage. I hope this hasn't been reported already because I haven't bothered to search. Thanks

Verbose.
Actually, it's still not working. :/ Whenever I close the tab containing the forums frontpage, open a new tab and load the same page it will show me as not being logged in. Toxikk Veteran Posted June 15, 2004 Veteran Share Posted June 15, 2004 try to create a new profile?
Verbose.
Sorry, I've only been using Firefox for a couple of days or so and evidently it isn't extremely obvious as to how to create a new profile. I looked through the Firefox FAQ and have started the Profile Manager but it's identical to Firefox. How? :/
bangbang023 Veteran Posted June 15, 2004 Veteran Share Posted June 15, 2004 C:\Documents and Settings\Chris\Application Data\ now it should be listed as Firefox or Phoenix (I forget which for the 0.8 milestone). Go in there and into the profile folder and delete the folder for default user.
Verbose.
Thanks bb, it works now, I've just been moving some files around and that's what has been keeping me from replying. I've finally pulled myself away from Opera and started using Firefox... it's great.
