Anyway...Gmail's the fastest for now :D although poor on features :(

poor on features? care to explain?

besides pop3, I think Google has some features (or more) than the other email providers.

POP3

Disposable Email Addresses

Integrated Calendar

Sync-able AddressBook (with Outlook or a PDA)

External Mail Server checking

Multiple Sending Identities

Vacation Response

Forwarding

Categorized AddressBook with tons of fields (beyond just name and email)

I'm not sure, but does gmail have image blocking?

BTW, check out the address book area. That appears to already be updated to the new layout (for me, at least).

Edit: The calendar and notepad are too.

but Hotmail auto spam filter is not as good as Yahoo IMO.

Yeah, that's one other thing I love about Yahoo!Mail. Their spam filters are *amazing*. I literally get 95% of of all spam filtered properly and about 1 message a month that's improperly filtered out (and I get around 250 emails a day including spam).

Presently, without YAHOO! MAIL PLUS, i can download my mails via POP3. Don't tell me after the upgrade I cannot?

Um...You shouldn't be able to anyways. How'd you work that out? o_O?

im honestly happy with anything... i mean ivebeen using hotmail for ages and ive had to clear it out a fair few times but if they up it to even 50 megs id be a happy man.

people might see half these sites as gimmick (the no name ones) but i think the entrance of gmail to the scene has finally moved the area of mail storage into a new competitive age..

*checks his old yahoo mailbox* :D cool

Yes. and it's on by default.

as for the other features, Gmail is still in it's early stages, it may incorporate some of the features that you mentioned in the near future. But for a free service, it is pretty damn good.
