Hidea
You might be interested to hear that we are working on many upcomingfeatures, including the following: - Automatic forwarding of your email to another account - Plain HTML version of Gmail - Import/export Contacts I mailed them, and that's what they told me. Is there anything else anyone here know about Gmail's future features?

ludeboy
It's free. Does that mean it can suck just because it's free? Yahoo is free and the new interface looks a lot better.

Long
It's not ugly. Although the Gmail logo could get a facelift as least. Well. Personally, compared to Hotmail or Yahoo!Mail, it's interface is as not "eye-candy" as the others. And eye-candy is important for non-computer-literate users.
