I went to bed when I was really tired and I got more and more awake and now Im top fit again and no way close to sleeping. my roon is hot as hell and I dont have ac so its not gone get cool anytime soon and I just wana sleep so i can getup tomrow. anygood ways to fall asleep asap? Try staying up by just staying on the computer for hours and hours at night. Your eyes will get tired from looking at the screen and the lighting. It was the same for me for a week and some days I even got up at 6am, just shows you that your body doesn't need a full 8 hours of sleep, but now I'm back to my old routine of going to sleep at 2am and waking up at 8. A good way to get to sleep is not trying to think about getting to sleep, it's best to try and see how long you can keep your eyes open and you should fall asleep quicker. Zirus Posted June 17, 2004 Share Posted June 17, 2004 umm its actually part of growing up. Its very common for kids around 12 - 14 to have trouble falling asleep. I had the very same problem when I was little. My mom finally got some medicine to help me fall asleep. As for my advice, I'd just stay up. If you wake up and find your self not tired, don't stay in bed, but get up and do something. and during the day, workout a little bit. I would open my windows but everytime i do it I wake up beeing bitten all over by bugs. I have to get some nets for my windows. the worst thing is, I allready bought an AC for my room, so normally I wouldnt have these probs, but the stupid sales man sold me the wrong one, and I didnt know how to install it, well turns out I have to hire some1 and that would cost me again like 250bucks, so i gave the ac back and am looking for a new one now.... Im thinking about making myself some pizza, that should help first im gona play some more video games and see if I get tired, or maybe I just dont go to sleep at all and have a very long day tomorow Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Zolpidem is the generic name .... or typical Benedryl. But that makes you feel yucky. also... Ristoril, I think RX only, similar to Benedryl but without the yuckiness. You can also try some vodka.
