inz0
My girlfriend and I are taking a vacation in late July to either somewhere up around the Great Lakes or Smoky Mountains. Anyone know of some good places to go for either one? I have never been up to the Great Lakes so that is the most difficult for me to find a nice place to go and relax. Hum
:) Smoky Mountains have Dollywood Theme Park, and go see the Brown Mountain 'spook lights'. Have fun.

Chris Allen Veteran Posted June 22, 2004 Veteran Share Posted June 22, 2004 Go further north into Canada. Travel up to Algonquin Park for a week of camping. If you don't want to do that, go around the Muskoka area to a resort or rent a lodge cottage or something. Best time you'll ever have. Promise.
