Well the parties we have usually get 5 cars 2 firetrucks and 1 abulance :) So not small lol. As for the envolope idea I would need like a big ass box and pre stamp it all :)

I was told that if you put your "whatever" say weed in an envelope that is sealed, stamped and addressed the police cant open it because the mail system is federal jurisdiction not provincial.  So only the RCMP could open it.

Does it matter if they can see the weed threw it? Also can they take it? or is that against the law? Also if they get a warrant for that envolope they can open it right?

If they see the weed thrown in it or through it then they can open it immediately because they would have probable cause. If they didnt see you put anything in it then they wouldnt have pc and would have no right to open it. They would need a very good reason to open it or it would be an illegal search. As for the warrent i dont know because i was told this in 8th grade (8 years ago) by a lawyer visiting the school to talk to the class about our rights. Its all a little fuzzy since it was so long ago so hopefully somebody here knows more about it.

But where could you possibly be that you're going to get swarmed by a bunch of cops in Canada? If you don't mind me asking.

Ive been at parties where 4-5 cars show up (about 8ish cops), so swarming can be an issue. I live in Ontario.

It would be simpler to just leave it at home, but I'm not a pot smoker so I wouldn't know.

And we do have a constitution, its called the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
