logevity of dreams

Little off topic:

But anyone seen Lucid Dreams? Or does anyone believe in em?

I have and I do.

:) Yes, I've read the book Lucid Dreams, have had lucid dreams, and nearly fully conscious OOBEs.

depends. sometimes i remember the whole thing.

but what i hate is that i dream for a long time, and the moment i open my eyes, i loose everything... and cant recall... it pis.ses me off.

It's because dreams are stored in RAM, which is volatile memory. It's not permanently stored on the hard drive, so as soon as you restart your computer, it's lost.

I've kept a dream journal since I was around 14. Everytime I wake up I write down anything I can remember from my dreams, or even the first thing from my mind when I've just gotten up, as that is when your memories are still the most vivid. I find going back through them at times as been a great source of inspiration for my writing and coming up with new ideas.

That annoys me as well... I mostly remember parts of a dream but not all of it :/

:) Giving yourself suggestions before sleep to remember dreams and keeping a Dream journal can improve your conscious recall of dreams.
