Does anyone know of a good way to increase endurance rapidly.. I have been absent from soccer practice because of an injury and now its hard to keep up with the guys. I would like to work my way up to about 50% more endurance that I currently have. Does anyone have any good and rapid tips that will help me. ;)

I've naturally got low endurance because of lung problems, but running for a while everyday should help. Practice and exercise. The more you run, the longer you'll be able to.

Run 15-20min a day, if u want ur legs to be well, I suggest getting some ankel weights (I do this to keep my knee mussles texture and width, as if I let it get weak my bones start to click together, its messed up) and doing leg repitions each day, increasing the weights 2lb every second day until you reach 30lb, then work your way back down and repeat (My Process anyway)

Swimming is a great way to strengthen up yourself, along with refeshing your self phyisically (Respiratory, Cardiovascular, and even the Nurvous System) and mentally (Body, Mind & Spirit man! :D)

Along with that, eating healthly foods never hurts your energery performance! :)

Best of luck in your comeback!,

- Nathan.

Ah, I forgot about swimming. That's a definite go-for. It's something I'm so used to doing I totally forgot about it being excercise. :p

great, I actually have a huge indoor pool. I never knew it would actually help your endurance.. I had shin splints, and ever since then the injurys have been reeling in one after the other. Small ones of course, but enough to slow down your success. I'm the captain of my team, and I'm willing to do anything to get my endurance back. Shin splints suck! Worst thing is that I had it in both shins.. don't know how, or why.. thanks for your help guys. The pain in the right shin went away completely, but the left one still aches once in a while. Also..

I slipped one time, and my foot on my ankle just went all the way back.. The pain was horrible, ever since then even the slightest slip makes it hurt horribly.. anyone know why? or what I could do.. thanks again

Take it slow, your schedule shouldnt be doubled or you'll injure yourself again. I recommend seeking medical advice first.

One thing to help with the shin splints is to tap your foot, like you're tapping it to music or something. Just do it constantly and it helps build up those muscles.

Ankle weights can throw things out of whack sometimes.

sleep is a must!

 It's best to break up your sleep into 2 parts each day. Boosts your energy and health greatly.
