Circaflex
Well its my bday today and i get to go get a new glove for senior year at highschool, ive had my rawlings one since freshman year and its pretty much done for that old soldier  i was wondering if anyone could recommend a new one? This one broke a total of 3 times during its 3 years which isnt too good. my old one thats the one i currently have that im going to replace, it seemed a little small for a 1st basemans mitt too. Any recommendations? Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/185607-getting-a-new-1st-basemans-mit/ Share on other sites
BroChaos Veteran Posted July 2, 2004 Veteran Share Posted July 2, 2004 i like mizuno gloves. but i don't play first base, so not sure if they make good ones for that or not. it's probably more of a preference thing, no? Callaway
switch to Catcher :) Mizuno does make some good gloves, though high-priced. Personally, I'm a Rawlings fan. One thing you might want to look for if you need to use the glove ASAP is if it's designed with the "game-ready" leather so it's a HELLUVA lot easier to break-in. And the obvious but overlooked point, if you're going to wear your batting glove with it, make sure you have your bg on when trying the glove on :pinch: Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/185607-getting-a-new-1st-basemans-mit/#findComment-2407419 Share on other sites

baseballpro9
Easton is the way to go, all Easton products are genuine and durable. I've had an Easton Redline Series glove for over 6 years and it feels brand new every time you use it.
