Should one be ashamed to read comics?

i am not too big on comics, i'd prefer a book but i have ocassionally read them and i am not ashamed to say that i have...

I am an adult (at least by age) and if I told my parents I'd still (or again) read comics, they'd probably tell me to do better things with my time than to read that nonsense. :blush: Hell, I even made a website about them together with some other guys!

What do you think... is reading comics something you'd rather not share with others (an how old are you)? :shifty:

I don't read them but I don't see anything wrong with older people reading them.

I mean the people that make the comics themselves aren't kids they are older.

So why the hell not?

I don't like comics, but I like (love) The Simpsons.

Same sort of thing, I see no reason to ashamed.

Hell no ! Comics have some of the best story ideas ever thought up, plus there is often some great art work. And many comics become valuble thru the years.
