Selling Pokemon Cards

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone, I have a bunch of old pokemon cards that are like 4 years old, do you think it would be possible to get any money for them on ebay?

I looked at some price guides and some of them are worth quite a bit, but I just don't see that much of a demand for them, what do you think?

Thanks, Cowma

Wow! Old memories. I never really got into Pokemon, everyone had thousands of them though. I think I remember someone saying something about the rare ones really bringing the price up on places like eBay. Your best bet is to just name all the cards on the eBay auction and put a min price that you think would suite best. No doubt that if there's something wanted in that list, the price will go up.

Good luck.

I guess I'm just lazy, I don't feel like sorting them all out. Maybe I'll just donate them to good will.

I got rid of a lot of my holo cards, but there all the first cards, none of the new crap they have now. I do have a holo Charizard.

I think that card was pretty rare.

Lol, I think I spend 30 dollars just for Charizard.

There is also some Japenense cards.

I sold my 300 +/- cards for 250 kroner (Norwegian currency), that's about...mmm, $50 CAD?

Thing is, I never spent a single cent on the cards, I won or traded them all :D. Ahhh, the good old days...

Your best bet is to eBay your collection, some fanatic collector might still want some of your cards :D.

Heh I had every card in the first 3 sets, and a lot of promos. Then I just trashed them all, I should have sold them because back then the sets were going for 150 bucks or 200 instore credit.
