radixvir Posted September 24, 2001 Share Posted September 24, 2001 i am running xp and ive noticed that after like 10 min of idle, it starts processing heavily. then today i read my latest issue of pc mag and it says "during idle times, the OS dynamically moves program files to more optimal locations..."
