modem
Can someone tell me if the new 0.9.2 FireFox release represents a new branch of the tree development or is it just a hotfix for older version with the fix being implimented in all standard nightly 0.9 releases? Or will 0.9.2 be released nightly now as the main branch??

kainashi
i think they're going to do 0.9.x releases up until 1.0b. they're all going to be pretty much hotfix releases and i'd imagine nightlys will be 0.9.0+ or 0.9.2+ now.
blueshirt
I think it will 0.9.2+.
Fotix
No, it will be 0.9.0+. There's 0.9 milestone 0.9.1 milestone == 0.9 + some picked patches from 0.9.0+ branch 0.9.2 milestone == 0.9.1 + some picked patches from 0.9.0+ branch 0.9.3 milestone == 0.9.2 + some picked patches from 0.9.0+ branch (if there ever is a 0.9.3, that is) 0.9.0+ == all development heading towards 1.0. Has special features like RSS integration, bookmark sidebar in manager, new Find-in-page toolbar. The 0.9.x (where x == 1, or x ==2, etc.) are defined as "MINIBRANCH" in Bonsai. Fotix
OK So someone went and renamed it 0.9.0+ to 0.9.1+ now. Same exact main devel branch, new tag. :s :ermm: I've given up trying to figure out why they do what they do sometimes.
