winamp / messenger plugin

i do not program, but i had a great idea for a plugin for winamp (or alternative media player). alot of people use different instant messengers that have diffrent "personal profiles" and i think it would be a great idea if there was a plugin for winamp that would amend the cooresponding profile of an instant messenger client with the song playng in winamp.

im not sure of the difficulty of this, but i dont think this would be too hard considering that the instant messenger i use (aim) does profiles based on a html document.

anyone wanna help or have any ideas about this?
