I mean... what we have is good enough, it serves its purpose, it's nifty (thanks chris! :D) but the mods' fits my taste perfectly! :D (very... royale ish)

Read the top of the main subscriber forum here

For clarity + in front of the member name are for "Neowin subscriber" and + are for "Email subscribers".

Members that subscribe both to Neowin and the Email service have + in front of their member name.

The different colors didn't show up in the quote, so you will have to click on the link.

How I understand it:

@ Subscriber = Email Subscriber (paid for a subscription to neowinmail)

+ Subscriber = Neowin Subscriber (paid for a subscription to neowin)

+@ Subscriber = Neowin Super Duper Subscriber (paid for neowinmail and to subscribe to neowin)

You will still only have a + next to your name, but depending on the type of subscription you paid for will depend on the color of your +.

should be subscriber getting a better feature... such as:

supply this forum with a hot female moderator rather than these slightly usual "all male" moderators :p

we already have a hot female moderator (Wickedkitten), I can ask her to moderate you agressively if you want?

OOOH! Now I see it.... Orange is for neowin subscriber, red is for donator, and purple is for both!

where is an example of this?

well the additional status is reserved for paid subscriptions, cuurently we dont have a status for paypal donations, but I believe we should. I'd have to have a think what that could be tho..

maybe just gold color for the names of people who donated.
