psGmail is a small trayicon application that allows you to check your Gmail account e-mail from a normal POP mail client (such as Outlook2000/2003, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc). Unlike standard email accounts which allow users to retrieve their e-mail through a POP mail client, Google's Gmail can normally only be checked on the web now. With psGmail, you can use your favorite POP mail client to retrieve your e-mail from your Gmail account. i have a pentium 4 2.4 ghz 533 bus pc running on an Asus P4P800 Deluxe mobo with 512 DDR ram ram. if thats wat u meant by hardware fingerprint. My OS is windowsXp. i really wanna give ur software a try, so a license would be appreciated.

suggestions:

takes a very long time to get my mail, dont know if its out of your control or not, but if so you should work on that

have a status window when it gets the msgs, like the log they have in the end of the nullsoft installer

bugs:

when i run thunderbird and right click on systray and select "has new mail" it crashes all the time

i told it to archive my messages, but it didnt!! :( all my messages are now gone! :cry:

also, i would like to thank you for being nice enough for granting so many people with a free copy!

The MSN style pop up alerts pop up and the pop away again very slowly, I think it would be better if it happend at the same sort of speed as the actual MSN alerts

another thing i noticed...

It's checking for new mail every 3 minutes. good, it's supposed to do that. But every 3 minutes, it notifies me about the same message being in my inbox...

i know it's there. can we stop the notification from notifying me more than once on a single message?
