like what compaqs doing for their xp based systems, include netscape6 on the computers. when you set up your internet, there should be a pop up screen asking if you want netscape6 to be your main browser (without ie interfering) or IE to be the main browser, and if they choose netscape, there wouldnt be a way for IE to try to handle the shortcuts unless u change the internet settings, theres something like that (but only asking u what browser u want which is a yahoo browser n ie) on my comp (win 98)

ahh the states, there just being greedy and unreasonable, the DA's here are way out of line. The justice department should apply for a motion to dismiss the states cases, and the Justice Department has already reached an agreement and settled.

That would be like if the FBI cut a deal with a killer, and the the DA came in and made a deal for the death sentence. Since when can an underranked justice level cut a second settlement and a higher one at that.
