Couldn't edit my post, by how much do they increase post editing for subscribers ..

Anyway heres a couple more of the rest of my living room, kinda counts as my desktop, kinda .. Or maybe not, but im bored :p

The big junk in the middle with the TV and all that useless junk is going to get thrown out soon as I decide to put up the projector screen etc.

and my audio equipment, sitting in the sweet-spot of this beast enjoying a nice joint is enough to put me into a surrealistic dreamlike state (the stereo, not the j, although that just helps), I feel like im there when listening and quiet frankly almost cream myself each time :p

Not talking about the Bose system :x

is that a time machine?

Perfect! Thank you.

Sure :) I must warn you though. I've heard of people having their laptops sliding off the stand and crashing onto the desk. Now, I think that could be attributed to the fact that they put it on wrong, like having it hang too far off the edge. But, as long as you're careful, it should work out fine. If you happen to purchase it, I think a review is in order! :p

well I am saving up for a Cinema Display...still debating whether to get a old one or one of the newer ones, to be hones prices are a bit ridiculous.

That's the one Apple product that's never really convinced me. The only Apple display I've ever bought was my old 14-inch Apple VGA monitor that came with my PowerPC 6100/60 back in June 1994. That thing lasted for 8 years.

There are so many beautiful displays out there for a far better price.

Looks like an amplifier with tubes. Awesome quality most of the time.

fixed it for you. :p

those tubes will eventually glow, yea, but they are called tubes. ;) and yes, its awesome quality almost all of the time.

=) so warm and refined... =)

I also thought about going for a MacBook from an iMac, I was ready to sell it and everything, but... I realized I need my desktop. The laptop will be for school. I mean, I love my 24" and every single aspect of it.

When a new iMac with 4 cores will be out (which means probably in a year), I'll buy it and it'll replace my white iMac from late 2006 that I have here :)

I'm gonna go for 4GB of memory, 1TB of hard drive, 4 cores, and the best graphics card available, so I'll need a good job next summer ;) will try for a pre-engineer job.

24" iMac.

You sold that for an MBP??!!?!? :o

    • Universal Media Server 15.6.0 by Razvan Serea Universal Media Server is a DLNA-compliant UPnP Media Server. UMS was started by SubJunk, an official developer of PMS, in order to ensure greater stability and file-compatibility. The program streams or transcodes many different media formats with little or no configuration. It is powered by MEncoder, FFmpeg, tsMuxeR, AviSynth, MediaInfo and more, which combine to offer support for a wide range of media formats. • When you're in enterprise IT environment, you're kinda forced into it...otherwise I'm not touching any mail client for personal use.  I can't stand New Outlook. It's complete trash - half the features I need in (Classic) Outlook are just missing in New Outlook. I haven't talked to a single person who actually likes the new client.
    • I think it's cute that Apple is implementing their tools at precisely the same evolutionary level as other devices' tools. In other words, I see no innovation; it's "the same but different." "Hey Siri, help me write this document about shoes." Powered by Google. "Sure thing, while we're here, can I interest you on some Nike's? They're on sale at Target right now!"
