[VB] centering IE page?

Hi all, I have a program wich loads a web page in IE via a VB app, I would like to know if it's possible to center the loaded page, so it goes to a special place for example 200 px, from top..

Im using Shell Windows to access the functions within IE, does any one know a form to center page???
