i hate ms tech support!!!!!!!!

there is just no way to send a e-mail, and i can find anything.

i need help to get the metal gear solid pc work correctly

the problem is when i'm under water the, the sound breaks up, and the game goes to about 4-5 frames per sec. this started to happen with the 27.xx and 28.xx detonator drivers, and stupid microsoft won't release a patch

That's great then, but don't blame your problem on Microsoft when it's obviously the fault of nVidia and their newer drivers.

That's what you get when you use unsupported beta drivers.

the point is that you can even get in touch with ms about this problem
I would imagine that they're providing technical support to a large number of people so any problem that isn't Window's or their product's, they would just ignore it.

Have you tried searching Technet. If you can not find it there, they will only help you by charging you money and over the phone. They are a company with a wide line of products. They have created a large knowledge base. It is not like Nullsoft or these other software venders that have a support email.

nekrosoft13: before I start your PC kicks BUTT! but I'm afraid the issue here is the drivers (nvidia).

Everyone else back off, this guy is obviously distressed. help or stay quiet please.

Basically you need to call Nvidia support for this, or email them.

Maybe rolling back the driver into the original state will help.

I think a 3% reduction in frame rate but being able to PLAY the game can justify rolling back...
