Surfing; safe & anon?

I am doing some research into safe and anonymous surfing of the web and wish to know of any web sites that allow this feature.

Currently I have information on the following sites :-

Then there is always a public or not so public proxy.

Take a look at multiproxy.org.

They have lists of anonymizer sites both free and premium. They also have a really nice freeware proxy application if you are really intent on anonymous web browsing. It is neat because it will use multiple sites as well as sort them by speed (ping times).

Thanks for the info Battlerager, not a bad proxy system.

I'm more looking for web sites that allow annonymous surfing, like safeweb. Proxy's I know about, there are tonnes of them about, but sites that allow this is what I'm interested in.
