moogoat
i don't know if this is the right forum or not but.... i was looking through my process list when i found a weird process called wowexec.exe, with a space in front of it. i searched on google, and found a wowexec.exe, but i don't know if the [space]wowexec.exe that i have is safe or not. i've done an ad-ware scan and also a virus scan and haven't picked up anything. i was wondering what it was. also, the memory it uses doesn't show in the task manager
Ryan V
Yup, the one you have there is good. Its suppose to have a space before it. So don't worry your good :) Windows Execution Support Process that provides support for 16-bit Windows applications together with ntvdm.exe. The service is started by NTVDM, which starts every time you run a 16-bit program. Wowexec - wowexec.exe - Process Information
