[Photography]Websites to learn?

I'm completely new to photography, but I'm really looking to get into it. I got a Canon Powershot A80 yesterday and it takes fantastic pictures, however, the items I photograph are stupid. I tend to take pictures with the wrong settings, so they look way off. Is there somewhere in which I can learn all about digital photography, possibly with an available forum?
