My Review of LinuxWorld Expo 2004

This years LinuxWorld Expo was one to behold. There were plenty of technologies that the linux community had to offer, and there were plenty of explanations about how it was going to make things better for me. There was a plethora of *nix projects there, from KDE to Mozilla (even firefox had some spotlight!). During this conference, I took the approach of ?how exactly is this going to make things any better for me specifically? in the majority of the technologies that grabbed my interests that day, And I must say, they delivered.

Also, did you notice that Microsoft wasn't there, after three consecutive years of leasing booth space at LinuxWorld. Is this a good sign or a bad one? :shifty:
