change windows image in the start menu

I downloaded a bitmap image and would like to change the 'Windows XP' thing in the start menu, on the left side...how do I go about doing that? Where do I copy the image file too, and with what name?

There was some other program posted here a while back, but this one called TClock *should* do the job:
