Impulfusion Posted April 2, 2002 Share Posted April 2, 2002 Everytime I try to start DesktopWheater 3.1 it displays me this: The application faield to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application. PS: Only versions 3 and up made this error the other ones started but displayed Error.
