I seem to remember that Windows ME does not support SNMP. I cannot locate any information on SNMP in ME on Microsoft's web site.

I remember this from the SNMP bulletins that came out when it was discovered that SNMP had problems. SNMP was not included in Windows ME since it was not designed for the enterprise market.

I did find a document regarding MRTG running under Windows ME that has a file you can try to install for SNMP support. Check out this link for information, the second link is to download the file:
