it sounds just like the ********s at my local ISP. When my connection fails and I ask to speak to a technician they just leave me on hold. Thats they way they handle all their problems.

Service these days (even if you pay for it) is mostly a kick in the teeth. If you complain they hang up on you, I'd expect that kind of behavior from some kid on IRC, not from a company that asks money and claims to be respectful.

I can relate to the mans frustration - its just sad it cost him $2600 (+ fines)
