I know you didn't ask, however becuase of so many issues with MS Access MDB files becoming corrupt (esp ver 95/97) I would like to suggest you look at MS SQL Server Desktop Edition. It is free to distribute (see the faq at: SQL Server Desktop Engine ) and has the abilities of Access and a whole lot more.
