PM5K
We have two Bell South black cordless phones with caller id, both of them have shorts in them, so I am now looking for a quality phone to replace them with, something that won't short out so easily. (I might pop them open to fix the shorts myself, but I still want a new phone) 900mhz or 2.1ghz doesn't really matter, with the 900mhz we can go anywhere on our property without a problem, I am more concerned with quality, so if you have a good corldess phone with caller id that you've dropped (or your kids) a few times and it still works great, let me know. Wolvereen
I have several of the Siemens Gigasets and love them. You can set up zones to page one phone from another. Plus when you have one BaseStation hooked up to the phone line, you can connect other handsets using only a power outlet. That means you can put a phone basically anywhere in the house. I have been outside of my apartment down 2 stories with my phone and still was able to use it jsut fine. I would highly recommend it... http://www.my-siemens.com/MySiemens/CDA/In...%252FCL,FF.html W
