I just wanted to try Eclipse out and was amazed by it when I downloaded the C/C++ plugin. The default installation has poor support for anything besides Java, but with the C/C++ Development Tools Plugin I found that is has more power and control than Borland C++ Builder.
Worth a download.
You need to download the Eclipse IDE before you download the plugin.
