Eclipse is a Good C/C++ IDE

Question

I just wanted to try Eclipse out and was amazed by it when I downloaded the C/C++ plugin. The default installation has poor support for anything besides Java, but with the C/C++ Development Tools Plugin I found that is has more power and control than Borland C++ Builder.

Worth a download.

You need to download the Eclipse IDE before you download the plugin.

I downloaded it a few days ago, and it's great. I especially like the SCM integration. The only problem I have with it is that it took forever to download CDT using the update manager. But I'm sure it's the server's problem and not Eclipse's
