Anyone tell us how to get rid of the Items from the Taskbar context menu please?

584835352[/snapback]

Menu - 205

And delete the crap you dont want.

Mine in the above pic is:

205 MENU
LANGUAGE LANG_ENGLISH, SUBLANG_ENGLISH_US
{
POPUP ""
{
	MENUITEM "&Adjust Date/Time", ?408
	MENUITEM SEPARATOR
	MENUITEM "Tile Windows &Horizontally", ?404
	MENUITEM "&Show the Desktop", ?407
	MENUITEM SEPARATOR
	MENUITEM "Tas&k Manager", ?420
	MENUITEM SEPARATOR
	MENUITEM "&Lock the Taskbar", ?424
	MENUITEM "P&roperties", ?413
}
}

For some odd reason "MENUITEM "Tile Windows &Horizontally", 404" must be there or Show The Desktop will not show up.

Because thats not how you learn how to hack.

This isnt a hand-it-to-me-in-a-zip-file guide.

It is a learn-how-to-do-it-yourself guide.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS GUIDE DOES NOT PROMOTE LAZINESS

I hope you feel proud. By the way, if you still are having ResHacker trouble, check the guide I wrote on it.

It means that you can't delete the icons directly one by one so it changes icon to icongroup and it wanted to delete icon group one but there is no such thing(You probably understood that already though). Just delete the icon groups manually there aren't alot of them(Open reshack browse to where your editted explorer.exe is and just delete each icon group manually). Hope that helped.

Sorry on the delayed answer, change the last line to:

"-delete icongroup ,1,"
