I'm bay 24 and it still is at 2mb. I'm not too worried because when Gmail came out and i got an invite I completely switched. Way to go microsoft.

Hotmail ??? he only reason that they are "upgrading" the accounts to 250MB is so you can receive MORE SPAM before your account is full ...
